Week 1: Building the New Infrastructure
- [ ] Strategy Call: We’ll host a 1-hour call going over the strategy, timeline, resources I can use, your target audience, and anything else related to it.
- [ ] Email Course Outline: I will create 2-3 title versions of various EECs we would choose from as well as the title of each day’s emails.
- [ ] Setting Up Your Tech: I will buy a custom domain for your EEC’s landing page, start creating a Landing Page via Carrd, and set up a ConvertKit profile. I’ll make sure then that all the settings are correct.
Week 2-4: Creating The Content
- [ ] A 5-Day Educational Email Course: I will write the first draft of the 5-day email sequence based the materials you provide and the research I do.
- [ ] A 3-Email Personalized Pitch FOMO Sequence: I will write the FOMO sequence upselling your main paid offer and sharing other relevant materials.
- [ ] A 5-Email BTS Waitlist Sequence: I will write a behind-the-scenes email sequence for anyone subscribing to the waitlist of your email course to deepen trust and anticipation.
- [ ] A Worksheet / Micro-Story Series: I will create either a worksheet the readers can fill out or a series of micro-stories upon the fast-forward redirect.
Week 5: Automation & Launch
- [ ] A Segmentation Survey: I’ll create a post-sign-up segmentation survey to understand at what stage your buyer is, what they’ve tried before, and more.
- [ ] Email Course Automation in ConvertKit: I set up all the workflows and visual automation as well as stress-test it for 2 days.
- [ ] [BONUS] A viral LinkedIn/X Launch Strategy Call: I will help you plan and prepare the launch of your EEC.
